All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, delivery takes about 3-5 days for DOMESTIC orders and 7-21 days for INTERNATIONAL orders depending on the country & type of shipping selected. 

International orders: we HIGHLY recommend selecting DHL as your shipping method. Although it is a little pricier, it guarantees your items will arrive safely & in a timely manner. Guaranteed 3-5 days shipping with insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for any lost packages. 

Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address the order was placed under. Pre-shipment status DOES NOT mean the order has shipped. It only means that USPS has been notified of the tracking number (mailing label). 

Orders are subject to ship before or after an estimated ship date.
